Your RDI is calculated based on your unique factors including your age, weight, activity level and desired goal weight.

Once you have set your RDI, all foods, meals, recipes, as well as your food diary and diet calendar information will be displayed with your RDI in mind. This gives you a great sense of how foods, meals and different serving sizes are effecting your calorie goals and lets you make adjustments to keep on track.

You also get to see the calorie breakdown between fat, carbs and protein for all foods, meals, recipes and your food diary and diet calendar information. This can really help people who are targeting particular nutrition splits as part of their diet.

You can recalculate or change your RDI at any time and your future progress will then be based off your new RDI.

* What activity level should I choose?

Sedentary primarily daily living activities such as resting, desk work or driving. May include moderate housework and standing but no light exercise performed.

Low Active in addition to daily living activities, undertake more strenuous activities, such as longer periods of standing or housework. Some form of light exercise performed, such as slow walking, leisurely bicycling or gardening.

Active minimal sitting and/or resting and may work in an environment requiring standing and/or some physical work. Regularly perform moderate exercise, such as dancing, brisk walking or swimming.
