What Rit made so popular in the 60s is still so popular today. With just a few rubber bands, you can fold, twist, pleat and crumple fabric to achieve fun, bold (and psychedelic) patterns.

Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that typically involves folding, twisting or bunching cloth and binding it, then dyeing it in indigo.

Ombr is a French word meaning to shade and is used to describe a dip-dye effect given to fabric in which the shades of color graduate from light to dark.

By simply sprinkling powdered dye on ice on top of fabric, you can create beautiful organic water color effects that are so unique.
